Jade’s commitment to investing in the future has meant that we have the latest presses to work on. The need to include ‘house colours’ or special coatings as well as CMYK is an every day occurrence on our 5 and 6 colour presses, which also have in-line coating units to add that ‘extra’ finish and assist the speed of turnaround.
Colour control is checked to ISO 12647-2’s exacting standards with ink profiles retained for future use and consistency. All this is included in the price we quote as standard across the whole product range.
The department that is often the unsung heroes of production is finishing. We consider this operation crucial in the process. A special finish can be the icing on the cake. Jade have facilities for laminating, varnishing, embossing and die cutting all of which can add that ‘finishing touch’, but we take the same amount of pride and care with every method from cutting and folding to the more specialised processes.
