Intrinsic is Jade’s secure and scaleable e-commerce solution.
Intrinsic allows authorised users to gain access to aspects of their account from submitting estimates, viewing current and archived production jobs or call off orders, ordering stock and personalising products.
Stock control – a client or sites products can be viewed showing live stock levels and with a single click of an icon shows a PDF of the product to eliminate errors (see Stock Control image).
Ordering – is by a familiar shopping basket method that can be set to give a single basket system or allow users to create multiple baskets for monthly or urgent orders (see Multiple Baskets image.
Branding - Intrinsic allows us to create an environment to follow your existing web site to ensure users see a familiar environment (see Branding Edit image).
Personalised products – Jade can create products that allow clients to set their own business cards, leaflets or letterheads under strict control of corporate style through a PDF template system. (see personalised product image)
Access levels – are set and managed by Jade and can allow access levels from simple viewing of product lists, to the ability to create an order that must be authorised by a manager right up to full administration rights with full reporting. (see access level image).
Bespoke developments
Jade have full time in-house IT support that prides itself on solving a customers problems with an efficient IT solution.
Recent solutions have included:-
Mass mails – this bespoke development took the normal order method of multiple products delivered to 1 location, and offers the opposite – ie 1 product to multiple locations. This allows a launch of a new piece of literature or newsletter to be mass mailed to all of your customers by placing just 1 order.
Reports – to date we have not been defeated by a clients request for information. Be this on spend, stock movement, trends – or even predictive reports.
Database creation – a client required a database solution where users could specify a product by working through a number of questions, which resulted in them receiving a highly detailed specification of the end product that could be incorporated into their own technical drawings.
