At Jade, we are committed to operating a responsible and ethical business. This commitment can be seen in our colleagues, our customers and the suppliers we work with. It is also reflected in the way we manage our office and factory, as well as the way we make our business decisions.
Colleagues
We promote diversity within the Jade team, and strive for an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect between members of staff. Training and development helps us to build an environment of continuous improvement and high quality standards. By creating incentives and development plans for both our team and business, we hope to retain loyal and skilled colleagues who enjoy working in our business environment.

Building long term relationships with Jade customers and suppliers is the foundation of our service. Jade continuously strive to develop confidence and trust in the way we operate our business, and we show appropriate consideration and respect to the values of our partners.
Local Community
We are aware that our business operations have an impact upon the local communities surrounding our factory and the Jade team works hard to maintain our reputation as a respectable business and considerate neighbour
We acknowledge that for Jade to be a truly ethical and responsible company, we must strive towards continuous improvement. In order to achieve this we will continue to evaluate our CSR policies and update our activities in line with technological advances and our own capabilities.
