Major International Medical Company
The design, production, stock management, national and international distribution of approx 800 lines of printing.
Jade supplies a service whereby they hold stocks of the 800 products, each product having a detailed inventory covering minimum and maximum stock levels, analysis fields, purchasers, and every movement of a product. This allows Jade to advise on optimum production volumes and ensure stock lines are maintained. Products sourced from other suppliers are also managed with Jade receiving, checking and maintaining a full inventory for the client.

Major UK Hotel Group
The design, printing and distribution of all printed goods for (currently) 20, 4 star Hotels.
Jade supplies a service whereby they hold stocks of the 400 products, each product having a detailed inventory covering minimum and maximum stock levels, analysis fields, purchasers, and every movement of a product.
This contract is slightly different as the Hotels usage can vary substantially. Therefore we are contracted to only hold 3-6 months of stock as there is a significant risk of overstock / obsolescence on higher volumes. This makes the management of the product and re-orders critical.

Major National Environmental Campaign
Jade supplied a service to support this national campaign with all printed and promotional merchandise and advise on the best options for using recycled products throughout.
The service included manufacturing, sourcing promotional products (pens and pencils made from recycled vending cups, bags made from Jute – a hessian type material, mouse mats and key rings made from old PCBs etc.
Jade supplied on on-line system for ordering stocks and linked this to the same services as are supplied to existing clients.
The contract was for 18 months and began in September 2002.
Major UK operating Division of Europe’s largest company of its type
Jade have been contracted to manufacture technical brochures, stationery, and a wide range of printed and promotional goods since January 2005. An important part of the service that Jade provides is the stock management and distribution and database / e-commerce provision.
Jade and the client have jointly developed processes and systems to assist with the distribution of information to offices worldwide, both in hard copy and electronically utilising Jade’s in-house e-commerce system ‘Intrinsic’. Stock and electronic files held by Jade are distributed to a database of users worldwide on a daily basis, very often utilising a single entry order process.

Regional Educational Establishment
Jade have recently been contracted to provide maternity cover for the in-house design and print procurement department of a major further education college. Jade have supplied print and stock management services to this client for several years producing leaflets, brochures, stationery and promotional items.
This temporary agreement covers design, artwork preparation, origination and print procurement, liaising with internal departments and clients within the college on a daily basis.
Jade studio staff have been assigned specifically to the account to ensure consistency of corporate image and knowledge of the clients requirements. Specific times for briefing new work and submission of proofs on site have been agreed where client personnel know they will have access to the service, with electronic and telephone contact available at all times.
Jade will source 3 quotations from the clients authorised supplier list and submit to the college along with recommendations for suitability taking account of price, delivery and quality. Fully auditable records will be kept for scrutiny by the college
